Another call was placed on August 19, 2014, to the business office and answered by the representative who first contacted me, she stated she would discuss with Neal and call back. "No" call back.
A registered letter was then sent and signed for on August 5, 2014 by Neal himself, with no response.

Phone messages, emails with attached copies of the invoice asking for payment had fallen on deaf ears since then with Charles River Contracting. The homeowner, herself, who felt bad - was nice enough to offer full payment for the materials and installation. I thanked her and refused her payment since it was not her responsibility. I would never take advantage of an individual - whether a homeowner or tradesperson!
